Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using lnk.eco ("the Service"), operated by Kalukan Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

lnk.eco is a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links, track analytics, and generate QR codes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39/year). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription unless pricing has changed, in which case we will notify you in advance.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4.3 Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. Refund requests are handled at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or spam
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove links that violate these terms without notice.

6. Link Removal

We may remove or disable any shortened link at our discretion, particularly if it violates these terms or is flagged by security services. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking such action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalukan Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
